Further to the court order granted on 6 July 2011, the structured deposit business of Dunbar Bank has transferred to Close Brothers Limited.

With effect from 8 July 2011 all Dunbar Structured Deposit Accounts are now managed by Close Savings, a trading name of Close Brothers Limited. The accounts will now be called Close Savings Structured Deposit Accounts.

As a result of the transfer:

(A) all references in the terms and conditions to Dunbar Bank should be read as references to Close Brothers Limited; and

(B) your account is now called a Close Savings Structured Deposit Account.

In all other respects the terms and conditions which apply to your account remain the same. Should you have any queries regarding your account please call our Structured Deposits team on 020 7655 3291.
