It is easy to make repayments from your account. Please see the different account types below for further details.
Repayments from your Notice Account
- Notice to withdraw funds can be given by written, signed instruction or by telephone. We are unable to accept instructions given by email or fax. At the end of the relevant notice period your funds will automatically be transferred to your nominated bank account by electronic transfer. Funds will be available no later than close of business the next working day.
Repayments from your Fixed Deposit
- On the anniversary of the start date of the fixed deposit or annually on a date specified by us at the start of the fixed rate deposit, interest is paid to your nominated bank account. When your fixed term deposit matures your initial deposit and the final year's interest will automatically be paid to your nominated account electronically unless otherwise advised.
- We may offer you the option of reinvesting in another savings product when your deposit matures, however we will write to you prior to maturity to advise you of this.

If you hold a Select Gold fixed deposit, please note, at maturity your initial deposit will automatically be reinvested into a further 1 year product unless you advise us otherwise. A 21 day cooling off period will apply from the date your account matures.
Repayments from your Structured Deposit
- Any interest payable along with your initial deposit will be returned to you upon maturity of your deposit. We will write to you prior to this to obtain your payment instructions and where possible, return your funds by electronic transfer. We can accept a copy of a recent bank statement (no more than 6 months old), a cancelled paying-in slip or a voided cheque for the bank account you nominate to receive the funds.
