We make every effort to process all applications as soon as we receive them, but in the event of high demand for a particular product, it can take longer than usual to process applications. We will normally start paying interest on deposits within 10 working days of receipt of applications with cleared funds, provided there are no problems with your application.

Paying Money by Cheque

CHEQUES - Sent to us by post

Cheques will earn interest from the day we receive cleared funds. The interest rate earned on your deposit will also be set on the day the cheque clears.

Cheques should be made out to Close Brothers Limited, drawn on your clearing bank account and sent with the application form and a copy of your nominated bank statement to:
