How do I change my nominated bank account details?
Simply complete a change of bank account form and return it to us with a copy of your bank statement. The statement must be dated within the last three months, showing your name, account number and sort code. We also accept voided cheques or paying in slips.

How do I update the name on my account?
You can complete a change of name form and return it to us with an original or certified copy of your marriage certificate, decree absolute or deed poll document. We'll also need a copy of your bank statement. The statement must be dated within the last three months, show your name, account number and sort code. We accept internet bank statements, voided cheques or paying in slips.

To add or remove a signatory on your account simply complete and return the mandate form, which you can download below. We'll send confirmation of your request to the address we have on file.
