We appreciate that nobody likes to be passed around on the telephone, that's why we keep our service simple. Our team is trained to respond to all customer queries and we will only transfer your call, or keep you on hold, when absolutely necessary.

We want you to feel comfortable that the Customer Services Executive that you are speaking to is easily reachable, should you have any further questions or queries about an account that you may have been discussing previously.
