    How do I change my nominated bank account details? 

    Simply complete a change of bank account form and return it to us with a copy of your bank statement. The statement must be dated within the last three months, showing your name, account number and sort code. We also accept voided cheques or paying in slips.

    How do I update the name on my account?

    You can complete a change of name form and return it to us with an original or certified copy of your marriage certificate, decree absolute or deed poll document. We'll also need a copy of your bank statement. The statement must be dated within the last three months, show your name, account number and sort code. We accept internet bank statements, voided cheques or paying in slips.

    How do I update the email address on my account?

    All you need to do is complete and return a change of email address form. We'll send confirmation of your request to both your old and new email addresses.

    To update your postal address simply complete and return a change of postal address form. We'll send confirmation of your request to both your old and new addresses.

    How do I add or change my financial adviser on my account?

    To add an independent financial adviser (IFA) or update details of an existing adviser, you'll need to complete and return our IFA authority form.
