    Who are Fixed Rate Bonds for?

    To apply for a Fixed Rate Bond you should:

    • Be a UK resident, aged 18 or over
    • Have between £10,000 to £2million to deposit for a year or more
    • Be sure you don't need to access your money for the length of the term

    What is a SIPP Deposit?

    Take control of your pension investments. Our SIPP Deposits can form a part of your existing pension portfolio. We offer both Fixed Term Bonds and Notice Accounts. Applications for our SIPP accounts need to be made via an FCA approved Pension Administrator or SIPP Trustee.

    Who are SIPP Pension Deposits for?

    To apply for a SIPP Deposit you should:

    • Hold an existing SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) portfolio
    • Be a UK resident, aged 18 or over
    • Have between £25,000 and £2 million to deposit

    What is a Notice Account?

    A personal savings account with a simple concept – give notice to withdraw your funds. In other words, you do not have instant access to your funds. Notice periods vary depending on the provider and the account you select. 

    Here at Close Brothers Savings we currently offer a 95-day Notice Account. There is no restriction on the number of withdrawals in a year, however if your balance falls below £10,000 you will revert to a variable rate of interest, see specific product for details.

    To apply for a Notice Account you should:

    • Be a UK resident, aged 18 or over
    • Have between £10,000 and £2million to deposit
    • Be sure you don’t need instant access to your money

    Provide notice to release your funds

    Don’t like the idea of locking your funds away for the long term, but don’t necessarily need immediate access to your cash? Then perhaps it’s time to consider a notice account.
