Leading our Business Development team since 2014, Howard has more than 25 years' experience in aligning corporate customer needs with savings solutions. His expertise has helped shape the team through an ever-evolving industry, ensuring our corporate customers receive an excellent experience. 

 

Outside of the day job, Howard is kept busy with his two teenage sons, and as a family they try to spend as much time as possible in Spain, enjoying exploring by bike or on foot but also taking time out to relax.

Roger Probert

Business Development Manager, Midlands

Working with businesses across the Midlands since 2005, Roger holds insight and expertise in a range of sectors and savings accounts, particularly specialising in the education sector. He’s proudly a qualified Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB). 


If he's not busy working, Roger enjoys staying active, whether it be walking, cycling or golfing, as well as attending live concerts whenever he can.

Business Development Manager, London Central

Assisting businesses across London Central, with over 13 years banking experience, Tamzin specialises in cultivating corporate relationships and helping businesses to optimise deposit growth. 

 

Tamzin is dedicated to advocating for the deaf community, serving on the board for Signing Banks UK and recently obtained her level 3 certificate in British Sign Language. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother, enjoys travelling and embracing new experiences.

Working with businesses across the Home Counties, Chantal has over 10 years experience in banking, helping both personal and business customers. With a portfolio that includes a large number of SMEs, Chantal is passionate about delivering exceptional  service to her customers, while focusing on building new relationships.

 

Outside of work, Chantal enjoys spending quality time with her family and her young son, engaging in weekend activities with friends and family. She keeps active by running 10k races and attending classes at the local gym.
