Compatibility requirements for online banking

We conduct regular compatibility checks for operational system and browser requirements on our online banking platform and website to try to improve your customer experience and provide you with up-to-date information.

 

Please note that recently phased out operational systems and browser versions might not yet have been tested and might no longer be supported due to technology updates.

 

For a seamless navigation of our online banking platform, please ensure you keep your browser and operational system up-to-date.

 

However, it doesn't matter what operational system or mobile device you use, you can still receive one time codes via mobile or email, even if you're using an unsupported version or technology.

Font sizes

You may change the font size of this document to your preference through your browser. In Internet Explorer, select View, then Text Size, and then your preferred size. In Netscape select View, then Text Zoom, and then your preferred percentage size.

Stylesheets

You may import your own stylesheet into this website. In Explorer select Tools, then Internet options, and then Accessibility. Next, click on any or all of the 3 checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes. In the same window, you can change your style sheet by clicking the checkbox that says, 'format document using my style sheet' then simply browse to your style sheet and click ok.

 

In Netscape select edit, then preferences and then appearance. You will then be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.
