Changes to the Bank of England Base Rate

The Bank of England decreased Base Rate from 4.00% to 3.75% on Thursday 18 December 2025. Following this announcement, we will be reviewing how this impacts our current savings interest rates and this may mean we need to change your variable interest rate if this is applicable to your product. If we do, we will be in touch to let you know and provide you with your options.

Updating your details

If you have an online account it's easy to update your address, phone number or email address. Just log in and go to the profile tab.

Don't have an online account? No problem, just download and return the relevant change of details form from our Customer Forms section.

To change your nominated bank account, you'll need to complete the 'Change of Nominated Bank Details' form and provide supporting evidence.
