We will also require a copy of a bank statement dated within the last 3 months as evidence your name has been changed on your nominated bank account. This must show the account holder’s name, the account number and sort code. Please note that we do not accept screen shots of internet statements. We aim to complete your request within 5 working days.
If you are unable to provide this, we will also accept a paying-in slip or voided cheque from the nominated account.
