How do I update the name on my account?

To update the name on your account, please complete and return the change of name form below. You will need to provide us with:

• an original or certified copy of your marriage certificate
• decree absolute or deed poll document

We will also require a copy of a bank statement dated within the last 3 months as evidence your name has been changed on your nominated bank account. This must show the account holder’s name, the account number and sort code. Please note that we do not accept screen shots of internet statements. We aim to complete your request within 5 working days.

If you are unable to provide this, we will also accept a paying-in slip or voided cheque from the nominated account.
