How do I update the postal address on my account?

If you have an online account it's easy to update your postal address. Just log in and go to the profile tab.

If you don't have an online account, please complete and return a change of postal address form below. We aim to complete your request within 5 working days.

Sometimes we won't be able to verify your new address straight away. If this happens, we will be in touch to request identity and residency documents. It can take up to 5 working days after receiving the documents for your address to be updated.
