How do I update the phone number on my account?

If you have an online account it's easy to update your phone number. Just log in and go to the profile tab to update your mobile number. To update your landline number you can send us a secure message, call or write to us.

If you don't have an online account, please complete and return a change of phone number form below. We aim to update this within 5 working days of receiving your request.
