Important update
    Changes to the Bank of England Base Rate

    The Bank of England decreased Base Rate from 4.50% to 4.25% on Thursday 8th May 2025. Following this announcement, we will be reviewing how this impacts our current savings interest rates and this may mean we need to change your variable interest rate if this is applicable to your product. If we do, we will be in touch to let you know and provide you with your options.

    How do I know you've received my application?

    We’ll send an email to confirm that we’ve received your application, within a few minutes, as long as you’ve provided your email address on the application form.
     

    Once your account has been successfully opened, we will write to you to confirm your account details within 10 working days.
     

    If you applied online you will receive confirmation in your document library and by email within a few minutes of us opening your account.
