Important update
    Changes to the Bank of England Base Rate

    The Bank of England decreased Base Rate from 4.50% to 4.25% on Thursday 8th May 2025. Following this announcement, we will be reviewing how this impacts our current savings interest rates and this may mean we need to change your variable interest rate if this is applicable to your product. If we do, we will be in touch to let you know and provide you with your options.

    What happens if my account is locked?

    If your account is locked, you won't be able to log in until you request a new activation code. For your security, this process helps us verify your identity. The activation code will be sent to you by post and typically arrives within five working days. Once you receive your new activation code, you can use it to access your account.
