How do I give an instruction?
You can give an instruction through your online account, by phone, or by post.
Key details
- Online: Once you have logged in, click on the account you would like to give an instruction for. Click on the relevant tab for your instructions options and follow the on-screen steps
- Phone or post: You can also contact us using either method if you prefer
- Fixed rate products:
- You can only withdraw money when the account reaches maturity
- You can provide instructions for your Fixed Rate Cash ISA earlier than maturity at an additional charge. Information on charges can be found in your product terms and conditions.
