Can I close my account?

Closure is subject to your product terms and conditions.

Easy Access Account:

You can request to close your Easy Access Account at any time using your online account. Your funds will be repaid by the end of the next business day.

Notice Accounts:

Notice Accounts can be closed after serving the relevant notice period. To place your closure instruction, please submit a secure message using your online account. Alternatively, you can call or write to us.

Fixed Rate Bonds:

Our Fixed Rate Bonds cannot be closed prior to maturity.

Fixed Rate Cash ISA:

Any closure outside of the Fixed Rate Cash ISA 14-day cooling off period and prior to maturity is subject to a penalty. See your product terms and conditions for details of the charges.
