Important update
Changes to the Bank of England Base Rate

The Bank of England decreased Base Rate from 4.25% to 4.00% on Thursday 7 August 2025. Following this announcement, we will be reviewing how this impacts our current savings interest rates and this may mean we need to change your variable interest rate if this is applicable to your product. If we do, we will be in touch to let you know and provide you with your options.

How do I give a maturity instruction?

You can follow the steps below to place your maturity instructions online:

    • Login to your online account.
    • Once logged in, select your maturing account.
    • You will then need to select the place instruction tab, which will open 14 days before maturity date.
    • From here you can place your instruction by selecting whether you wish to reinvest fully or partially into a new account, you can also have the funds repaid to your nominated bank account.

Alternatively, you can instruct us via phone call or by posting the form back to us. You can find this in your document library, or this will be posted to you depending on your preferences.

If we don’t receive your instructions in time, your funds will be moved to an Easy Access Maturity Account paying a variable rate until we hear from you. From here, you can transfer funds to a new or existing account with us, or have your funds repaid to your nominated bank account.
