How do I give an instruction?

You can instruct us easily via your online account by visiting the fund and withdraw tabs within the account you would like to place an instruction. Alternatively, you can instruct us by phone or post.

Please note, for our fixed rate products you will only be able to fund during the funding window and make a withdrawal when your account reaches maturity.
