When will I receive my statement?

Account statements are sent annually on the anniversary date your account is opened. These are sent to customers who have one of the accounts below.

• Fixed Rate Cash ISA
• Easy Access Account
• ISA Maturity Account
• Easy Access Maturity Account

Interest statements are sent annually to Notice Account customers on the dates detailed below.

If you have a 95 Day Notice Account, your interest statement will be sent on 01 June.

If you have a 35 Day Notice Account, your interest statement will be sent on 01 August.

Please note, we do not provide statements for Fixed Rate Bonds.
