Important update
    Changes to the Bank of England Base Rate

    The Bank of England decreased Base Rate from 4.25% to 4.00% on Thursday 7 August 2025. Following this announcement, we will be reviewing how this impacts our current savings interest rates and this may mean we need to change your variable interest rate if this is applicable to your product. If we do, we will be in touch to let you know and provide you with your options.

    Will I be notified when there is a new document or statement in online banking?

    When you have a new document or statement available, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You can then securely view these online by following these simple steps: 

    1. To access your online account, visit the Close Brothers Savings website and click login in the top right corner of the screen. 
    2. Once you are logged in, click on the documents tab in the menu at the top of the screen. 
    3. You’ll find all of your recent documents and statements here together in one safe and secure space.
