This is a group made up of brilliant charities and organisations like the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, The Stroke Association, and Disability Rights UK to name a few, all working to make life better for people who face communication challenges.
This accreditation is more than a badge. It shows our commitment to supporting customers who may find communication more difficult.
In fact, we’re now one of only three savings providers in the country to have achieved this recognition.

Communication is about listening and understanding, not just speaking. Around one in five people in the UK will experience a communication difficulty at some point in their lives, including hearing loss or conditions such as Parkinson's disease or dementia.
We believe everyone deserves to be understood. This accreditation is one of the ways we’re making that commitment clear, and we’ll keep looking for ways to do even better.
