Now that you have completed and submitted the form, we aim to register the Power of Attorney (POA) within 5 working days for existing customer accounts.

If the POA document needs to be posted to us, or if we need additional proof of identity or residency, processing may take longer.

For new customers, we will send an application form to the address provided within 2 working days of receiving the completed POA form.
