How do I withdraw money from my account?
Easy Access Account
We will repay your money by the next working day.
- Log in to your online account
- Select your Easy Access
- Select Withdraw funds
- Follow the on-screen steps to submit your request
- Your money will be repaid by the end of the next working day into your nominated bank account (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding bank holidays).
If your balance drops below the minimum balance amount, your interest rate will reduce as per your product terms and conditions.
Notice Account
You must give notice before we repay your money. Please follow the steps below to withdraw your funds online. Alternatively, you can instruct us by phone or post.
- Log in to your online account
- Select your Notice Account
- Select Withdraw funds
- Follow the on-screen steps to submit your request.
- Your money will be repaid after the notice period ends.
If your balance drops below the minimum balance amount, your interest rate will reduce as per your product terms and conditions.
