Will I receive confirmation when you receive my money?
We aim to respond to you within 14 days of receiving your money.
Online applications:
If you applied online and gave us your email address we will send you an alert when we have received your money. After 14 days of opening your account, your deposit confirmation will be uploaded onto Document Library.
Postal applications:
If you applied by post, we will send your deposit confirmation letter by post within 14 days of receiving your money.
Easy Access:
If you have an Easy Access Account with us, you will receive an alert when you have added money to your account as well as a monthly statement in Document Library.
