An account statement includes the balance and interest paid into your account. These are sent to customers who have one of the accounts below.
- Fixed Rate Cash ISA
- Easy Access Account
- ISA Maturity Account
- Easy Access Maturity Account
Interest statements
An interest statement is an annual summary of all the transactions made into your account. This includes deposits, withdrawals and interest payments. This is sent annually to Notice Account and Easy Access customers.
