You can upload your documents as part of your online application.

• When the system asks you, select Upload to open the upload screen
• Your documents must be in one of these formats: PDF, JPG or JPEG
• If you are unable to upload your documents, you can send copies to us by post or email.

If you choose to send documents by post or email:

• Please include a brief cover letter with your online banking reference number.
  • This helps us match your documents to your application.
  • You will receive this reference number during your online application.
• We may need to keep any original documents you send us.
