How do I update the postal address on my account?

If you have an online account

• Log in to your account
• Go to the Profile tab
• Update your postal address
• Save your changes

If you do not have an online account

You can update your address by completing a change of postal address form below. We aim to update your address within 5 working days.

Address checks

Sometimes we cannot verify your new address straight away.
 

If this happens:

• We will contact you to ask for identity and residency documents
• It can take up to 5 working days to change your address after we receive the documents.
